At Cove and Huddle, our sofas are thoughtfully designed to fit into a compact box, making delivery and setup effortless. With easy, tool-free assembly, you'll have your sofa ready to enjoy in minutes. Convenience has never looked so good

 

We deliver all Cove & Huddle products directly to your home and we take care of your shipping cost. To be eligible for next-day delivery, please ensure that you place the order before 12 noon Monday to Friday (except for remote areas*), by doing so we will ship your order in the next working day. Our standard delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 6 pm. If you're not free on the weekdays, we'll be able to arrange for a Saturday delivery for you.

For us to make such an arrangement, please contact us or let our retailer partners know. Alternatively, you can have your lobby receptionist sign the delivery for you. If you choose to do so, please contact us in advance so that we can notify our partner to leave your package at reception.

 

In order to minimize space and make it through the narrow lifts that are seen in most Hong Kong housing estates, your new Cove & Huddle Sofa is rolled and vacuumed into a compact box before shipping to you.

 

On the day of the delivery, you'll receive a call in advance where you can make further scheduling arrangements with our logistic partners.

 

Delivery arrangement for outlying islands: We do not provide to-door delivery service for packages of over 30kg (total weight in one purchase). For such cases, the package will be delivered to an agreed meeting. Please reach out to Customer Service for details.

*Please note our trucks may not be able to reach some remote areas, including but not limited to Lantau South, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau. If you require remote area delivery, please contact us for special arrangements.
